Pre-Made Apparel Return Policy
At DT Workshop & Creations, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied with your pre-made apparel, we offer limited returns and exchanges under the following conditions.
Returns & Exchanges
• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Return Window: Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery, pickup or sold at any in person shows.
• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, clearance products, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Request a Return
1. Contact us at dtworkshopandcreations@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order this includes delivery, pickup or sold at any in person shows.
2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. If approved, you will receive return instructions. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Once received and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be issued. Refunds are issued only for defective products if it can’t be replaced.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no cost.
• Report the issue within 3 days of delivery, pickup or sold at any in person shows.
• Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once shipped. Please contact the carrier for tracking updates.
