Custom Apparel/Accessories Return Policy
At DT Workshop & Creations, we take pride in creating custom apparel designed just for you. Since each item is made to order, all sales are final. However, we do offer replacements in certain cases.
Returns & Refunds
• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.
• No Refunds for Incorrect Sizing: We provide detailed size charts for each product. Please double-check measurements before placing an order.
Replacements & Defective Items
We will replace items if:
• The wrong item, color, or design was received.
• The apparel arrives damaged or has a clear printing defect (must be reported within 3 days of delivery or 48 hours of picking order up).
To request a replacement:
1. Contact us at dtworkshopandcreations@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order or 48 hours of picking order up.
2. Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item and your order number.
3. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations & Changes
• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if production has not started.
• Changes: Once an order is in production, modifications cannot be made.
Shipping Issues
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for tracking and delivery concerns.
