Tracking Order/Damaged Order

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

If your tracking number is not updating or shows as “delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

🚨 We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or stolen packages once they have been shipped.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier.

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please check the tracking status or contact the shipping carrier directly.

In the event of a lost package, customers must file a claim with the shipping carrier.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already shipped, we are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages.

If the order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately to update your address.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.
