Shipping Policy

At DT Workshop & Creations, we strive to process and ship your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for details on processing times, shipping options, tracking information, and responsibilities.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom Orders: Custom items (such as DTF transfers, custom apparel, and 3D-printed toys) may require additional processing time. Please check product descriptions for estimated production times.

• Shipping Time: Once processed, orders are shipped via the selected shipping method and typically arrive within 1-3 business days, depending on the destination.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We offer the following shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: Free shipping in the US, 1-3 days

• Expedited Shipping: Cost and time frame is dependent of destinatIon. This will be communicated and cost of this is paid by the customer. 

• Overnight Shipping: Cost and time frame is dependent of destinatIon. This will be communicated and cost of this is paid by the customer. 

• No local delivery is available at this time.

• Pickup orders will be communicated when they are ready for pickup and the location of the order.

💡 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the order.

International Shipping

• We offer international shipping to select countries.

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

• Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.

Shipping Policy Agreement

By placing an order, you agree to this shipping policy and understand that we are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or incorrect addresses.

CANCELLATIONS- Contact us dtworkshopandcreations@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order. After the 12 hours no cancellations can be made. 

* REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES are not excepted unless the item is defected or wrongly sent. Please follow the wash instructions printed on the shirt and tag. Also see the size chart for the correct measurements. 

Custom Apparel/Accessories Return Policy

At DT Workshop & Creations, we take pride in creating custom apparel designed just for you. Since each item is made to order, all sales are final. However, we do offer replacements in certain cases.

Returns & Refunds

• No Returns or Exchanges: Due to the custom nature of our apparel, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or mistake on our part.

• No Refunds for Incorrect Sizing: We provide detailed size charts for each product. Please double-check measurements before placing an order.

Replacements & Defective Items

We will replace items if:

• The wrong item, color, or design was received.

• The apparel arrives damaged or has a clear printing defect (must be reported within 3 days of delivery or 48 hours of picking order up).

To request a replacement:

1. Contact us at dtworkshopandcreations@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order or 48 hours of picking order up.

2. Provide clear photos of the defect or incorrect item and your order number.

3. If approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations & Changes

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours if production has not started.

• Changes: Once an order is in production, modifications cannot be made.

Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact the shipping carrier for tracking and delivery concerns.

* Machine wash cold with mild detergent

* Turn inside out when washing

* Dry on low setting or hang to dry

Order Processing Time Policy

At DT Workshop & Creations, we strive to process and fulfill orders as quickly as possible while maintaining high-quality standards. Please review our processing times and policies below.

Standard Processing Times

• Pre-Made Items: Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (excluding weekends and holidays).

• Custom Apparel & Accessories: Processing time is 1-4 business days, as each item is made to order. Depending on the size of the order. 

• 3D Printed Toys: most items on the website are available to ship within 1 day. If out of stock it will take 1-4 business days before shipping. 

Special Design Fees

• If your order requires custom artwork, modifications, or extensive design work, a special design fee may apply.

• Fees are determined based on design complexity and will be communicated before work begins.

• Customers must approve custom designs before production starts. Delays in approval may extend processing times.

Rush Processing (If Available)

• If you need an order processed faster, we may offer a rush processing option for an additional fee. Please contact us before ordering to check availability.

Order Changes & Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase if processing has not started.

• Once an order is in production, changes cannot be made.

Delays & Exceptions

• Processing times may be extended during peak seasons, sales, or high order volume periods.

• If there are unexpected delays, we will notify you via email as soon as possible.

• Custom artwork approvals (if applicable) may affect processing time. Orders with pending approvals will not move forward until confirmation is received.

Business Days & Holidays

• Our processing times are based on business days (Monday–Friday) and exclude weekends and holidays.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
